- Scope and Agreement on the Terms and Conditions of Sale
Unless stated otherwise, ALEXANDRA DE V products are sold on an "as is" and "as available" basis and without representations or warranties of any kind, whether implied or by law, statutory or otherwise.
In addition to the General Conditions of Use of the Website and the Privacy Policy, the purchase of products offered for sale on the AlexandradeV.com website (“Website”) is subject to these legally binding General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, where applicable, to the Specific Terms and Conditions of Sale (collectively, "Terms and Conditions of Sale").
Except for the Legal Terms and Conditions which govern the use of the Website, these Terms and Conditions of Sale, along with your purchase order/invoice are the entire agreement between you and ALEXANDRA DE V with respect to any purchase made by you on the Website and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating thereto.
All purchases made on the Website signify products purchased for personal use and that there is no intent to resell, directly or indirectly, ALEXANDRA DE V products for commercial purposes. All orders placed on the Website imply customer acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale from the date of the order. The Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time of the order will govern that transaction.
ALEXANDRA DE V may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice by posting them on this Website.
- Ordering process
All advertisements on the Website are invitations to purchase and not offers to sell. ALEXANDRA DE V reserves the right to accept or reject the order once the order form has been completed and submitted.
- Customer Account
To place an order on the Website, customers will be asked to create an account or log in an existing account. User names and passwords are for personal use only. As a customer, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In no event shall ALEXANDRA DE V be liable for any fraudulent use of your account. In such a case, please contact customer service at ALEXANDRA DE V (see “How to Contact Us”).
Creating an account allows the following:
- tracking of deliveries and display of order history;
- return or exchange of products;
- adding or changing shipping and billing addresses for future orders;
- management of subscriptions to ALEXANDRA DE V promotional communications.
- Placement of orders
For each product selected on the Website, a summary page will be displayed featuring a photo of the item, its coloring and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for the order. This information must be reviewed in detail to confirm it reflects your selection before confirming the order.
Orders may be placed through the Website or by telephone by calling +1 305-542-3647 from Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and on Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”).
Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to ALEXANDRA DE V for processing. While every effort is taken to ensure ALEXANDRA DE V products in the photos displayed on the Website are representative of the original products, variations in color or design may occur due to technical restrictions of the computer or mobile device used to make the purchase. Accordingly, ALEXANDRA DE V shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of ALEXANDRA DE V products displayed on the Website. ALEXANDRA DE V reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or inaccurate descriptions as previously mentioned. Receipt of orders will be confirmed via an automatic e-mail to the e-mail address associated with the customer’s account. Such e-mail is a confirmation that the order has been received by ALEXANDRA DE V but does not constitute its acceptance. ALEXANDRA DE V reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. ALEXANDRA DE V also reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to accept or decline it for any reason and will notify the customer about its decision at the e-mail address provided. In the event that ALEXANDRA DE V rejects the order, ALEXANDRA DE V will have no obligation to fulfill it and the customer will have no obligation to pay ALEXANDRA DE for the order. - Product Availability
The purchase of products on the Website is subject to availability and ALEXANDRA DE V is not liable in case of out of stock products. To maintain our high standards of quality of service and ensure greater availability of our Products for all customers, ALEXANDRA DE V reserves the right to limit the number of Products that can be purchased by a single customer and to change the products offered for sale on the Website at any time and without prior notice.
Details about the availability of products are provided when you place your order. At times, errors may occur, such as the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In such cases, you will be notified immediately by email and/or through your client account and given the option of choosing another available product on the Website or cancelling your order. If you opt to cancel your order, you will be refunded if your credit card or debit card has been charged.
Please note that customized products are final sale and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
- Order Confirmation
After clicking on the "Order and Pay" button, the order will be confirmed and submitted for processing. To confirm a pre-ordered Product or any other Product requiring a longer handling time, you must also allow your bank details to be retained until the product is dispatched and for a maximum duration of 2 months for the purpose of debiting once your order has been dispatched. Changes to or cancelations of the order will not be possible after submission except as stated in these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The confirmation of your order means your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. You will receive an order summary by e-mail.
- Pricing and payment
All prices of ALEXANDRA DE V products are indicated in US dollars, excluding taxes and shipping costs.
ALEXANDRA DE V reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website at the time your order was confirmed so along as the product ordered is available. Orders will be shipped once we have verified your payment method and received authorization to process your payment.
As part of the order process, you will be asked to select your preferred shipment method. Shipping costs associated with the chosen method will be displayed in the order summary before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the products ordered (see “Shipping and Delivery”).
- Shipping and Delivery
You will be asked to select your preferred shipment method as part of the order process. The delivery times below are from the date your order has shipped. We offer the following delivery service options, subject to changes and updates in accordance with the policies of our shipping partners:
- Ground service is complimentary on all orders with delivery address in USA (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. possessions and territories outside North America), Japan and Spain.
Allow up to two (2) business days for your order to ship from the date your order was placed, unless subject to a shipping delay. You can expect to receive your order within one (1) to ten (10) business days from the shipment date.
- Express 2 day service: aprox $85.00. Your order must reach us before 2 p.m. (EST). It will be delivered within two (2) business days, unless subject to a shipping delay.
- Standard Overnight service: aprox $100.00. Your order must reach us before 2 p.m. (EST). It will be delivered within one (1) business day.
- Priority Overnight service: aprox $170.00.
- Saturday Delivery service:aprox $185.00.
Out of delivery area surcharges may apply. The total cost of shipping will be calculated and displayed on the Website before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the products ordered.
- Delivery times for pre-orders
Given the global situation of the Covid 19 Pandemic, our pre-orders may take between 10 to 12 weeks to reach your hands due to the fact that the finishing work both in jewelry and in the cofection of the silk scarf is 100% handmade. However, we can guarantee that your wait will be worth it as you will have a quality product that will give you great satisfaction and that will last for generations.
- Delivery issues
Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding eight (8) business days should be reported to Customer Service within ten (10) business days from the date of confirmation of your order. Shipments should be checked upon arrival for any discrepancies (e.g. open package, damaged product, etc.). In the event of any such discrepancy, these must be noted on the delivery notice.
If the products purchased do not meet your satisfaction or do not correspond to your order, they may returned or exchanged along with a request for a refund according to the terms and conditions outlined in the " Returns, Exchanges and Refunds" section. - Transfer of property
The transfer of property takes place when the customer is charged for the product purchased. While in transit after leaving the distribution center, the product falls under the responsibility of the third-party shipping provider up until delivery confirmation. Upon receipt by the customer, the transfer of property is complete, and the customer assumes responsibility of the property.

- Payment disputes
Products remain the property of ALEXANDRA DE V until payment is made in full. In case of a dispute, the products must be returned to ALEXANDRA DE V immediately upon request, with the customer assuming any and all risks associated with loss, theft or damage.
The computerized data collected during product purchases and registered into the ALEXANDRA DE V Website establish the terms of the transactions between ALEXANDRA DE V and its customers. In the case of a dispute related to a transaction entered into using the Website, the data registered by ALEXANDRA DE V shall constitute the proof of communication, orders and payments between the parties.
